To get started, once you arrive at the community download ForShow in the App Store, and follow the step-by-step instructions. Get helpful information along with detailed photos and videos as you discover all of our exciting community amenities and visit our model unit in real-time.

Call the leasing office to schedule your ForShow tour.
Once scheduled, you will receive confirmation of your reservation details.
CHECK IN
When you arrive, check in with our Leasing Manager in the Lobby.
Currently, at this time, all team members, residents, and guests at our community are required to wear a facial mask or covering.
DOWNLOAD FORSHOW
Bring your government issued ID and download the ForShow app from the App Store.
Once inside the app, choose Vie at University Downs.
Register to receive a one-time access code to begin the tour.
Your smartphone is now your interactive tour guide.

Explore our community amenities and model unit at your own pace. Use our fully interactive smartphone app to skip, pause, & repeat the tour!
