RENT REMINDER:
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 2nd are subject to late fees. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal.

RENEWAL DEADLINE:
Don't say you're through, just renew, renew, renew! Pass by the office before Thursday, December 31st to lock in our lowest rate and keep the same room assignment. For more info, call us or email [email protected].
SPECIAL OFFERS:
Early bird gets the worm! Pay your rent online before Monday, Dec 28th and you'll be automatically entered to win $100 off your rent for the month of February 2021. Two winners will be chosen at random on Thursday, Dec 31st. All pre-paid accounts and pay-in-full residents will be automatically entered!
AMENITY UPDATE:
All residents and guests must have their amenity band in order to access and utilize the community amenities. A mask is required at all times in and around the community, including while working out in the fitness center. Residents and guests not wearing a mask or face covering will be asked to leave immediately.
TRASH INFORMATION:
Please remember that as a resident it is your responsibility to take your trash to the trash compactor located at the front of the community. Leaving trash outside on the sidewalk causes disruption, unwanted smells, and potential pest issues.
HOLIDAY HOURS:
In observance of the holidays, our office will be open from 11 am to 3 pm on Thursday, December 24th. We will be closed on Friday, December 25th. The office will have limited hours on Friday, Dec 31st, and will remain open from 11 am to 3 pm.

December 1 to 4 - Resident Application Week & Raffle Contest
Enter to win a $25 Visa Gift Card when you attend an event during Resident Appreciation Week! As a special bonus, renew your lease before Friday, Dec 4 to earn an extra three entries in the raffle. Four lucky winners will be announced on Monday, Dec 7.
Tuesday, December 1 - Breakfast-On-The-Go
'Tis the season for giving! Starting at 7:30 am, we'll be handing out Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuits at the bus stop. Supplies are limited so get there early!
Wednesday, December 2 - Grab N' Go Coffee and Donuts
Stop by the office between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm for hot and ready coffee and glazed donuts served fresh from Krispy Kreme. Arrive early, supplies are limited!
Thursday, December 3 - Make An Ornament Day
Join us upstairs in the Social Lounge from 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm for an evening of yuletide cheer. Create your own ornament and indulge in holiday treats! Space is limited. Please email [email protected] to RSVP.
Friday, December 4 - National Cookie Day
Friday just got a little more festive! Homemade cookies from Insomnia Cookies will be available in the front office between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. You'd better come hungry!
