Feb 1 to 28 - Feeding America Food Drive
February is National Canned Food Month! To make a contribution, stop by our leasing office before the end of the month. We’ll be accepting canned goods and non-perishable donations to support our local food bank.

Wednesday, February 3 - Trivia Night
Let’s get quizzical! Join us upstairs in the Social Lounge for a special edition of Black History Month Trivia Night from 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm. Get the chance to win fun prizes with drinks and snacks on us! Email [email protected] to RSVP.
Thursday, February 11 - "Vie" Our Valentine Card Decorating

Tuesday, February 23 - Grocery Bingo

Wednesday, February 24 - Tortilla Later
In need of a midweek pick-me-up? Visit the office for tortilla chips and dip on us from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Thursday, February 25 - National Pancake Day
Pancakes are the most important meal of the day! Visit the social lounge between 7:00 am and 11:00 am for freshly made pancakes. Provisions are first come, first serve so get there early.
RENT REMINDER:
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 2nd are subject to late fees. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our Accounts Manager at [email protected] or call 205-752-3232.

TRASH INFORMATION:
Please remember that as a resident it is your responsibility to take your trash to the trash compactor located at the front of the community. Leaving trash outside on the sidewalk causes disruption, unwanted smells, and potential pest issues.
AMENITY UPDATES:
All residents and guests must have their amenity band in order to access and utilize the community amenities. A mask is required at all times in and around the community, including while working out in the fitness center. Residents and guests not wearing a mask or face covering will be asked to leave immediately.
