Tuesday, January 19 - Toon Tuesday
Join us at 6:45 pm in the clubhouse as we travel back in time to watch all of our favorite childhood cartoons! If you cannot attend, be sure to check your email for a zoom link to join the watch party. Space is limited. Please email [email protected] to RSVP.
Wednesday, January 20 - Welcome Back Wings
In need of a midweek pick-me-up? Stop by the office between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm for some mouth-watering chicken wings from our local Wingstop.
Thursday, January 21 - Toon Trivia Night
Let’s get quizzical! Join us upstairs in the Social Lounge from 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm for Toon Trivia Night. Be sure to pay close attention to the cartoons from Toon Tuesday for the chance to win prizes. Drinks and snacks will be provided! Please email [email protected] to RSVP, space is limited.

RENT REMINDER:
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 2nd are subject to late fees. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our Accounts Manager at [email protected] or call 205-752-3232.
SPECIAL OFFERS:
Early bird gets the worm! Pay your rent on or before Friday, Jan 22nd and you'll be automatically entered to win $300 off your rent for the month of March 2021. One winner will be chosen on Friday, Jan 29th. All pre-paid and pay-in-full residents are automatically entered!
TRASH INFORMATION:
Please remember that as a resident it is your responsibility to take your trash to the trash compactor located at the front of the community. Leaving trash outside on the sidewalk causes disruption, unwanted smells, and potential pest issues.
AMENITY UPDATES:
All residents and guests must have their amenity band in order to access and utilize the community amenities. A mask is required at all times in and around the community, including while working out in the fitness center. Residents and guests not wearing a mask or face covering will be asked to leave immediately.
HOLIDAY HOURS:
In observance of the New Year, our office will be closed on Friday, January 1st. We will resume back to normal business hours on Monday, January 4th.
