Monthly Highlights:
We are pleased to announce the completion of the new gate and asphalt repairs, and the renovation of our community amenities including the pool. We are anxiously awaiting the moment we can open these brand new amenities for everyone to enjoy! Residents will need to visit the leasing office to collect a wristband before these amenities can be used. At this time, we are still following CDC guidelines for COVID-19 and will communicate as soon as the common area spaces are open.
Rent Reminders:
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 2nd are subject to late fees. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal.

Outdoor Activities:
Tuscaloosa is slowly reopening for business! Take advantage of the excitement and practice safe social distancing by getting back to nature and visiting outdoor hotspots, like Lake Nicol and Harris Lake.
Other Reminders:
- SMOKING of any kind is not allowed anywhere inside your apartment. Smoking in your unit will result in fines, cleaning fees, and possible eviction
- All pets must be registered with the office to avoid fines. Pet waste within a common area can not only be unpleasant to your neighbors, but it can attract pests and rodents, and poses a health and safety issue. Please utilize the pet waste stations located around the property
- Please be mindful of your noise level at all times. We have a very diverse community and all residents have different schedules. We understand the semester is almost over. However, excessive noise will result in fines
- Vie Furniture is not to be placed outside on balconies/patios. Only outdoor patio furniture is permitted on balconies/patios
- Please make sure to take your garbage to the trash compactor located right outside the gates. Any garbage found on your balcony or in the hallway will result in penalties and/or fines, this includes cigarette butts
