You will find helpful information and a Work Order Request Form in the Maintenance section. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please remember to dispose of any trash in accordance with our community's policy. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we ask that you log into your resident portal and complete the Move-in Checklist below prior to your arrival: Upload profile picture Pay rent (including any additional fees & deposits) Proof of renters insurance & utilities Vehicle registration Sign addendums Opt-in for text messages Follow us on social media @VIEATUDOWNS RENT REMINDERS: Rent is due on the 1st of the month. MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS: For those of you leaving at the end of July, we sincerely hope you enjoyed your time at Vie at University Downs. Please complete the following steps below to ensure a successful move out: Submit your new forwarding address on the Resident Portal. Double check to see that there is no outstanding balance on your account prior to moving out. Return all keys to the leasing office during office hours, this includes your Apartment Key, Mailbox Key, as well as any Parking Permits and Building Access Cards. All keys and parking permits must be received no later than 12 PM NOON on Sunday, July 25. If not received by this time, additional charges will be assessed. To return keys after office hours, please use the dropbox located in front of the leasing office. It is your responsibility to make sure everything has been received on time. The official move-out day will take place on Sunday, July 25 and all rooms must be completely cleared by 12 PM noon. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant extensions to this deadline. If you choose to stay beyond the expiration of your lease agreement, holdover fees of $500.00 per day will apply. RENT REMINDERS: Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Please complete the following steps below to ensure a successful move out: Submit your new forwarding address on the Resident Portal. Double-check to see that there is no outstanding balance on your account prior to moving out. Return all keys to the leasing office during office hours, this includes your Apartment Key, Mailbox Key, as well as any Parking Permits and Building Access Cards. Please check your e-mail for move-out cleaning checklists. If your lease does not end until July but you are moving out in June please make sure to ensure that you follow all cleaning requirements. AMENITY UPDATES: We're excited to announce the Vie FIT fitness center is now open 24/7! All residents and guests must have their amenity band to access and utilize the community amenities. A mask is required at all times in and around the community, including while working out in the fitness center. Residents and guests not wearing a mask or face covering will be asked to leave immediately.
