MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS: There’s a lot to see and do during the month of November! RENT REMINDER: Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 2nd are subject to late fees. To pay your rent online, please visit the Resident Portal. Pass by the office today to learn more and ask about our leasing options. AMENITY UPDATE: All residents and guests must have their amenity band in order to access and utilize the community amenities. A mask is required at all times in and around the community, including while working out in the fitness center. Residents and guests not wearing a mask or face covering will be asked to leave immediately. TRASH INFORMATION: Please remember that as a resident it is your responsibility to take your trash to the trash compactor located at the front of the community. Leaving trash outside on the sidewalk causes disruption, unwanted smells, and potential pest issues. HOLIDAY HOURS: In observance of Thanksgiving, our office will be closed on Thursday, November 26 and open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm exclusively on Friday, November 27 . Resident Appreciation Week Monday, November 16 - Finals Week Kit Stop by the office between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm to pick up a finals week kit. Tuesday, November 17 - Late Night Munchies As you are studying for finals? Stop by the Social Lounge between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm to grab a late-night study snack on us. Wednesday, November 18 - Breakfast-On-The-Go Starting at 7:30 am, we'll be distributing Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuits at the bus stop. Provisions are first come, first serve so get there early! Thursday, November 10 - Sip N' Paint Join us upstairs in the Social Lounge between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm for a guided Sip N' Paint evening of fun. Drinks and snacks will be provided! Vie at University Downs Custom Mural On Display Now!

We’re honored to feature a new custom art installation at Vie at University Downs created in partnership with local Miami artist Nate Dee. This latest artistic endeavor highlights the community's relationship and close proximity to the University of Alabama and Crimson Tide. Monthly Highlights: We are pleased to announce the completion of the new gate and asphalt repairs, and the renovation of our community amenities including the pool. The pool is now open and available for our residents and their guests to enjoy! Please be responsible when accessing the pool area and courteous to your neighbors in making sure that you continue to practice social distancing at all times. As a reminder, glass bottles and pets are not allowed at the pool. Rent Reminders: Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 2nd are subject to late fees. If you choose to stay beyond the expiration of an existing lease, holdover fees will apply. Move Out Checklist: For those of you leaving at the end of the current leasing term, we sincerely hope you have enjoyed your time at Vie at University Downs. Move out day will take place on Saturday, July 25th; all rooms must be completely cleared by 12 pm noon. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant extensions to this deadline. If you choose to stay beyond the expiration of your lease agreement, holdover fees of $500.00 per day will apply. There are a few steps to ensure a successful move out: Clean your apartment and complete the move-out checklist. Return all keys to the leasing office during office hours, this includes your Apartment Key, Mailbox Key, as well as any Parking Permits. To return keys after office hours, please use the dropbox located in front of the leasing office. It is your responsibility to make sure everything has been received on time and there is no outstanding balance on your account prior to moving out. *All keys and parking permits must be received in the office no later than 12 pm NOON on Saturday, July 25th. If not received by this time, additional charges will be assessed.
